Mave Houston

Dr. Mave Houston is the Senior Director and Head of Inclusive Design & UX Research at Disney Streaming. She has over 15 years leading design innovation & design research at companies like Audible, IBM and Capital One. She has spoken at several conferences, most notably at a Business Summit during Nelson Mandela’s Centenary in 2018, the Women of the World Festival in London, and Amazon Conflux. Mave holds a PhD in Computer Science from Auburn University and a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Spelman College.
