As a wheelchair user, festival aficionado and general gig fiend, she has created Tibi Access (which means “for you” in Latin), an access consultancy group designed to act as a mediator between events organisers and Disabled punters. The goal behind its inception? To ensure equal event enjoyment for all. She has worked on events like the Australian Music Industry yearly event BIGSOUND festival and with high profile organisations like Live Nation to create an more inclusive industry. She is also an access consultant for venues all around Australia and is the curator of 'Groove Tunes' which is a yearly festival promoting Disabled musicians, the festival is also completely inclusive and accessible punters.
