Bianca Bhagat

Joining AWAL in 2019, Bianca runs the label’s Synch & Brand Partnerships teams in addition to the company’s newly formed Creative Marketing team, overseeing creative direction, content production, video commissioning and design work for artists including Banks, Little Simz, mxmtoon and Lauv amongst others. Prior to AWAL, Bianca began her career at Evolution Music Partners, working in the film music space as a composer agent before joining Glassnote Entertainment Group in 2013, where she ran the West Coast office and Film/TV department. In her six years at Glassnote, she helped drive the global marketing campaigns of artists such as Mumford & Sons, Childish Gambino and Phoenix. Her projects have garnered nominations & wins at the Clio Music Awards, Ivor Novello Awards, the Guild of Music Supervisors Awards, Music Week’s Sync Awards and A2IM’s Libera Awards.
