Jazmine Brown

As the Ad Council's manager of diversity, equity and inclusion, Jazmine led DEI initiatives even before the hiring of our chief equity officer in April. She is the founding member and facilitator of our internal Diversity Council; works cross functionally with our CEqO and executive leadership to assure top-down participation and reinforcement of Ad Council’s core diversity commitments, values and initiatives; plans and hosts thought leadership events around diversity; oversees employee resource groups and supports their needs such as funding and other resources; advises Board of Directors diversity taskforce; manages operations surrounding the execution and launch of internal D&I and learning & development programming such as all-staff and department trainings; works collaboratively across talent development and recruiting team to develop strategies for diversity retention.
