Nastasha Tan

Nastasha Tan is Head of Design at Aurora. Her team includes a multidisciplinary team of Product Designers, UX Researchers and Industrial Designers. Her team works to continuously improve the tools and processes needed to build, evaluate, and operate the Aurora Driver. Prior to working at Aurora and Uber Advanced Technologies Group (ATG), she was a Design Director at IDEO, a global design and innovation company, where she led the Interaction Design practice and led new product development for a variety of clients
