Yujie is a product UX designer, HCI researcher, and entrepreneur from MIT working across novel interfaces such as brain-computer interface, mixed reality, self-driving vehicles, and IoT sensor networks. His research at MIT Media Lab Fluid Interfaces Group focuses on EEG-based brain sensing wearable system for cognitive enhancement, and helps develop the first AR-BCI integrated prototype with covert visuospatial attention (CVSA) paradigm at a commercially available cost. With rich experience in cutting-edge product design and development and technology transfer from research to market. Yujie is bridging the research-practice gap across healthcare, I have peer-reviewed publications in international conferences and journals such as IEEE BSN, ACM SIGCHI C&C, ACADIA, CAADRIA, CDRF, Art Machine, We Robot, and HKIP journal, and my work has been exhibited in various venues including the Cooper Hewitt Design Museum NYC, UABB Shenzhen Bi-City Biennale of Urbanism\Architecture, and MIT Museum.
