Alexis L. Rossi

15+ years of experience in DEI, Dr. Alexis L. Rossi has served as a consultant & trainer for universities, multinational corporations & nonprofit organizations in Europe & the USA. She has also held various leadership & teaching positions specializing in cross-cultural communication, international business, diversity management, identity formation & cultural competence.

Dr. Rossi has worked in medical education for the last decade, focusing on training future medical practitioners to provide more inclusive, culturally competent and patient-centered care, as well as focusing on actively addressing the social determinants of health. While at the Medical College of Georgia, she co-founded an award-winning student-run free clinic serving LGBTQ patients, as well as both spearheaded and contributed to a number of other transformational, diversity-focused initiatives.
