Rachel has a decade of experience in the Retail and consumer packaged goods industry, specializing in customer acquisition and retention. She led and/or supported the launches of innovative marketing solutions including data-driven media programs for Kroger subsidiary dunnhumby that generated over $1.5Bn incremental revenue annually. In 2016, Rachel moved to Austin, TX, and shifted her focus to social media marketing as a Retail account manager at Facebook, working with a book of business of over 70 clients comprising SMBs and Fortune 500’s. She became a team leader for the North America Retail team of thirteen account managers and created strategies to grow the business and support client objectives. In 2020, Rachel moved to the product marketing organization to expand her scope to Global Retail, and she is responsible for developing go-to-market strategies that drive vertical growth, solution development, and product adoption for Facebook Inc.
