Storm Smith is the first Deaf woman to have been recruited by BBDO Worldwide. She serves as Producer & Diversity Inclusion Accessibility Lead at BBDO Los Angeles for AT&T Mobile + Entertainment and works to support, educate and drive equity and inclusion initiatives across the BBDO North America offices. She continues as creative director and marketing consultant and thought leader for change in the creative and advertising industry. Storm joined BBDO Worldwide in 2017 as art director and through her storytelling immediately helped shine a positive light on critical societal issues such as people with intersectionality of disabilities, youth, LGBTQIA+, Black, Indigenous and people of color (BIPOC). Including collaborations with Apple, Marlee Matlin and many other award winning actors, she has served as Amazon Studios marketing consultant on Academy Award nominee film Sound of Metal. She is a certified Life Coach and proud graduate of Gallaudet University and American University.
