Jo Sharon

Magical Elves

Jo Sharon is the co-CEO for Magical Elves, a leading producer of award-winning, non-fiction content for domestic and international television markets. In her role, Sharon oversees a varied slate of projects in development across all platforms including broadcast, cable and major streaming services. Since joining Magical Elves in 2010 as vice president of development, Sharon has contributed to growing the company while elevating and expanding her role. During her tenure, Sharon has produced a multitude of projects including the Emmy Award-winning “Top Chef” and its spinoffs “Top Chef Junior,” “Top Chef: Last Chance Kitchen,” “Top Chef Amateurs” and more, the Emmy-nominated “Nailed It!” and “Kevin Hart: Don't F**k This Up,” “Cold Justice” and “Brain Games.” Prior to joining Magical Elves, Sharon held development positions at Nash Entertainment, Renegade 83 and IMG Entertainment.
