Thomas J. Nestel

Thomas J. Nestel, III is a 4th generation police officer who presently serves as the Chief of Transit Police for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority. He has more than 40 years of experience in law enforcement roles, including as a police officer in North Wildwood, NJ., as a police officer with the SEPTA Transit Police, staff inspector in the Philadelphia Police Department, and Chief of Police for Upper Moreland Township (Montgomery County, PA).
