Taras Wankewycz

Taras Wankewycz has been a deep-tech entrepreneur in Asia for the past 20 years, covering hydrogen fuel cells, robotics, artificial intelligence, and air mobility. Think big, start small and scale over time has been his way of overcoming the biggest challenges in a capital efficient approach. His first company Horizon Fuel Cell Technologies gave birth to several spin-offs. One of these is Nasdaq-listed HYZON Motors, focused on worldwide decarbonization of commercial trucking and bus fleets.

Taras’ next focus is on decarbonization of aviation and air mobility. He formed H3 Dynamics in 2015 as a continuation of work done since 2006 on hydrogen as a solution for long range electric flight. Thinking big but starting small once again - H3 Dynamics aims to decarbonize passenger flight, but starts now with unmanned cargo aviation and drone-based digital services. H3 Dynamics has 3 regional headquarters: Austin for the Americas, Paris for European markets, and Singapore covering APAC.
