Neil Shah is an award-winning marketing leader with versatile experience leading some of the world's most iconic brands across sectors, disciplines, geographies and markets. He is currently Head of Guinness GB, overseeing one of Diageo's priority brands in its biggest market and Diageo's second biggest market. In the role he is responsible for the full marketing mix and commercial performance of the brand. In his time at Diageo, Neil proved himself at regional/ local roles and global roles, including Global Marketing Director – Smirnoff based in NYC where he was responsible for building a new multi-million dollar global communications platform – the first on the brand for over 25 years and leading the Ready-to-Drink portfolio across the Europe region covering brands including Smirnoff, Captain Morgan and Gordon's. Prior to Diageo Neil held various marketing roles at Virgin Media, working across one of the UK's largest marketing budgets.
