Austin Music Foundation/The Fray/The Bubble

From the Hole in the Wall to Wembley Stadium, and from Capzeyez to SNL; Einar has first-hand experience of achievement and failure at every level of the music industry as an artist and performer. The late 80’s, 90’s and early 00’s saw interest culminate into major label development, publishing, and record deals with The Awful Truth and Goudie; as well as being part of the early careers of Kacy Crowley, Jeff Klein, and other young Austin acts of the time. From there, a move to LA and a switch to hired-gun status became different side projects with members of Tool, Weezer, and QOTSA to name a few; and tours around the world with major artists like Kelly Clarkson (10 years), Reba McIntire, and The Fray (currently). Now back home in Austin; Einar is a staff producer, arranger, and multi-instrumentalist at the world-renowned Bubble Studios, and plays with Texas artists like Stone Wheels, Radney Foster, and Lord Friday the 13th. Additionally, Einar works as a resident consultant at the Austin Music Foundation offering career advice and direction to budding talent, as well as leading AMF’s Artist Development Program. Two things that have been an extremely rewarding aspect of returning to the “live music capitol of the world.”
