Jessica Shortall

Jessica Shortall leads two business coalitions focused on making the case for LGBTQ nondiscrimination: Texas Competes in Texas, and America Competes nationally. Jessica has spent the last 7+ years fighting discriminatory policies and making the clear business and human case for everyone to be treated with dignity and afforded opportunity. She keynoted SXSW in 2017 on the bathroom bill fight and building bridges to build empathy and unexpected allies.
