Innovating American Democracy: Making Our Votes Count
Politics isn’t immune to the set of incentives and forces that shape competition in any industry. In politics, however, the customer is not the constituent. It’s a disconnect that’s holding our electorate, legislative systems, and elected officials prisoner to a stagnant partisan divide. But, it’s not too late to ignite healthy competition by redesigning how we vote, incentivizing politicians to act and deliver solutions in our interests.
