In a rapidly changing and increasingly virtually distributed world, understanding and staying connected to one another is critical if we want to build and sustain healthy organizational cultures.
To do this, we need to get more comfortable having the challenging conversations, the ones often avoided. In this session we will facilitate an interactive digital experience exploring both the why and how to host difficult conversations highlighting how technology can help building empathy and support facilitation.
