The pandemic has exacerbated the myriad challenges working women continue to face —including pay disparities, limited access to childcare and the lack of jobs that provide good benefits and a living wage. As a result, systemic inequities have been driving millions of women out of the workforce at record pace. How can this trend be reversed, and what must companies do to support working women? To explore this pressing question, Fortune editor Emma Hinchliffe will moderate a dynamic conversation with April Verrett, SEIU Intl. VP & president of the largest home care union in the US; Alison Omens, JUST Capital Chief Strategy Officer & former advisor to US Secretary of Labor Tom Perez; and Arisha Hatch, vice president of Color Of Change, the nation's largest online racial justice organization.
