Strap yourself in, it’s going to be long ride for the search of life beyond Earth. NASA and other space agencies are setting their sights on exploring the rest of the solar system, both to understand the origins of our corner of the universe as well as search for possible signs of life on other planets and moons. Meanwhile, scientists are making big strides in the search for life outside our solar system, including intelligent life, focusing on exoplanets that could sustain life and unravel the mysteries indicating that something is out there. We talk to the leading experts about what we know, what we believe and what we will learn in the coming years and decades.
