Lessons: From Launch to a Multi-Billion-Dollar Deal

Any serial entrepreneur will tell you it takes grit, curiosity, stamina and lack of sleep to successfully build a business from the ground up. Nick Molnar knows this all too well having launched Afterpay at 25 years old, along with his co-founder Anthony Eisen.

In six years they have taken the company global (North America, UK, ANZ, Europe), have amassed over 16 million active customers and over 100k brands and retailers globally, and are about to sell the business to Jack Dorsey’s Square for $29 Billion (USD) in the biggest corporate deal to ever take place in Australia.

But besides the obvious technical skills needed to be a successful founder, what are the soft skills required? How can super smart technical people become better entrepreneurs and leaders?
