4s4ki (pronounced Ah-sah-kee) is a new-generation artist delivering a fresh take on alternative pop music from Tokyo to the world. She has the talent to do it all. Not only does she write lyrics, music, and arrangements, but she also makes tracks using DTM, and provides her own piano accompaniment. She does all this while collaborating freely with various musicians and creators to produce a new set of musical values that are not caught up in existing genres. Her lyrics, which might also be called a “chronicle of self-love,” weave together anguish, sorrow, and joy, sometimes with a raw authenticity, and they have found a sympathetic audience with those in their teens and 20s, especially. She is receiving a lot of attention from abroad, and her music has been selected for the official playlists of overseas streaming services.

In April 2021, she made her major label debut with Victor Entertainment / Speedstar Records, and in July that year she released her debut album on the label, Castle in Madness. In August 2021, she played the Fuji Rock Festival, one of Japan’s largest outdoor music festivals. 4s4ki is definitely one of the hottest female artists of the 2020s.
