Concocted with only the darkest of deviant rock'n'roll ethos and distinct melodic distortions, New Candys has been hypnotizing audiences across the globe since 2008. Their hometown of Venice, Italy is subtly interwoven through a focused aesthetic, not only sonically produced, but curated in their album artworks. New Candys’ third album 'Bleeding Magenta' was released in 2017 by Fuzz Club and repressed in the US by Little Cloud Rec. With many years on the road internationally, New Candys have done several tours around Europe, North America and Australia. Some festival appearances include Liverpool Psych Fest, Levitation FR, Fuzz Club Fest, Desert Stars Fest, Sydney and Melbourne Psych Fests. They have supported many influential bands such as The Brian Jonestown Massacre, The Dandy Warhols, Slowdive, The Black Angels. They've performed live on KEXP and some of their songs are featured on episodes of Showtime Networks TV series "Shameless". Their new album 'Vyvyd' was released on June 4th, 2021. It’s the first record arranged, performed and produced by the new line-up, recorded and mixed at Fox Studio Venice with additional mixing by Grammy Award producer Tommaso Colliva (Muse, JMC)
