Sara Gunnarsdóttir - Director

Sara Gunnarsdóttir is an Icelandic director and artist, most notably for Marielle Heller’s “The Diary of a Teenage Girl,” and HBO’s Emmy-nominated “The Case Against Adnan Sayed.” Her work has been showcased at New Directors/New Films, AFI Fest, and Telluride Film Festival. Her short, “The Pirate of Love,” was nominated for a Student Academy Award.
