Aqsa Altaf

Aqsa is a South Asian, Muslim filmmaker who was raised in Kuwait and immigrated to the US in 2013. Her short films have premiered at festivals like SXSW and Clermont-Ferrand International Film Festival and nominated for BAFTA Film Awards and Young Director Awards at Cannes Lions. Her short film, American Eid, is currently streaming on Disney+.
