Yassir Lester

Yassir Lester is a Stand-Up Comedian, Writer, Actor, and Director (?) from Marietta, GA. He got his start performing on comedy stages in Los Angeles such as The Improv and The Comedy Store. He's written on HBO's GIRLS, Mrs. Fletcher, and Ten Year Old Tom, LOOT on Apple TV+, as well as NBC's The Carmichael Show and Kenan to name a few. As an actor he's starred on FOX's Making History, NBC's Champions, Showtime's Black Monday [where he also served as Co-Executive Producer], and Duncanville on FOX. He is starring in Amazon Prime's "Sausage Party: FOODTOPIA" premiering in 2024, and is currently writing the film "ARMOR WARS" for Marvel Studios. THE GUTTER is Yassir's directorial debut, a co-direction with Isaiah Lester.
