Jasmine Cephas Jones
Jasmine Cephas Jones received an Emmy nomination for her leading role in the short-form series, "#Freerayshawn" for Quibi. A recording artist, Jasmine recently released her debut EP, Blue Bird. The originator of the roles of 'Peggy Schuyler' and 'Maria Reynolds' in the Tony Award-winning Broadway hit "Hamilton an American Musical," Jasmine also stars in the hit feature film version for Disney+. Additional theatre credits include an Off-Broadway run of Cyrano opposite Peter Dinklage, Hamilton (Off-Broadway), The Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner (Atlantic Theater). Film credits include The Photograph, Marriage Story, Blindspotting, Dog Days, Monsters & Men, Mistress America, and Titus. Television: "Mrs. Fletcher," "Midnight Texas," "Girls," "Blue Bloods," "Unforgettable," "Odd Mom Out." Jasmine sang America The Beautiful with her original 'Schuyler Sisters' co-stars on the field before Super Bowl LI. She also recently debuted a fashion collaboration with the LOU & GREY brand. Jasmine trained at the Berklee College of Music for vocal performance and The Neighborhood Playhouse for Theater. She is a member of the LAByrinth Theater Company.
