Kaitlyn Soares

Kaitlyn Soares is passionate about exploring how the convergence of art and science can serve the public. As Public Outreach Lead at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), she manages communications for NASA's ASTHROS mission—a stratospheric balloon telescope launching from Antarctica in December 2024. Kaitlyn holds an MBA and MS in Communication from Boston University. Prior to joining JPL, she managed communications teams for museums and performing arts institutions in New York City.
