Upon graduation from Nanzan University, she worked at financial companies for several years. In fall of 2000, she started to do my MBA at the University of Texas at Austin.
Then after graduation, she started working at IBM Japan as a consultant and territory marketing manager for the mid-sized and small enterprises market.
In 2009, one year after giving birth, she founded Momstart Club which is an NPO for moms and children, working to improve the status of mothers in business and other arenas.
In the fall of 2013, she founded Manabiya Mom Inc. which empowers women to pursue various types of employment, such as entrepreneurial, part-time, parallel career, etc., to fit the lifestyle of women.
Now, we run a community of 5,000 female members. We have experiences in contracting government projects and contributed to develop an eco-system of women entrepreneurs to make social change in Nagoya/Aichi area.
