Janice Bryant Howroyd, affectionately known as JBH, is an entrepreneur, educator, author, mentor, presidential special appointee, founder & Chief Executive Officer of The ActOne Group AND, an Anti-Racist activist. As the leader of a multi-billion dollar, award winning workforce management and technology enterprise, that operates in over 32 countries, JBH is passionate about what we can accomplish when we invest in women, and women owned businesses. With over 2500 diverse and small businesses as well as large publicly held enterprises working under Agile One solutions group, her company delivers talent, workforce technologies and solution across industries.
