Sanford Kwinter

Sanford Kwinter is a New York based philosopher and writer. He is Professor of Science and Design at the Pratt Institute and Honorary Professor of Theory at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna. He was co-Founder and Editor of ZONE and ZONE BOOKS where he and Bruce Mau established their decades-long set of collaborations and design-philosophy experiments. Kwinter is currently completing a book "What is Energy and How Else Might We Think About it?" and a work on the ecology of sentience with and on the work of neurobiologist Wolf Singer.
