Orla Doherty

Orla spent ten years making television and the next ten exploring the Pacific. She then made two episodes of Blue Planet II, spending 500 hours in the deep and filming scientists at the frontline of ocean conservation. She is now making OceanXplorers, a ground-breaking series combining natural history and ocean exploration. It’s a BBC Studios/OceanX Media co-production for National Geographic with James Cameron.
