Kayla Abuda Galang
Island-born and California-raised, Kayla is a filmmaker in Austin, Texas. Her last film, Joan on the Phone, premiered at SXSW in 2016, and her editing works have been official selections at SXSW, Austin Film Festival, and Florida Film Festival. She's currently developing her first feature, '06-'07, based in her native Southeast San Diego.
