Alok Vaid-Menon

ALOK (they/them) is an Indian-American poet, comedian, public speaker, and actor known for their genderfluid and gender nonconforming identity. Their work, including "Beyond the Gender Binary" and "Femme in Public," challenges societal norms and promotes inclusivity. ALOK has performed in over 40 countries, captivating audiences at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and the Kennedy Center. They are featured in Netflix’s Gender Agenda and the Sundance docu-short “ALOK.” ALOK's activism and cultural contributions have earned them numerous accolades, including the ACLU Bill of Rights Award.
