Elisa is a young creative director who has been in the FLAGCX ecosystem for 7 years. In 2012, with 22 years, she co-founds CLAN, a culture & knowledge unit that shaped the holding cultural relevance, leading projects along with Marina Abramovic, Kobe Bryant, MIT, Hyper Island, and WGSN. Currently, as Head of Concept at Hood, is responsible for developing creative projects, from scratch to report, with huge skills to translate what youth culture is claiming. Elisa is a master at spotting emerging trends, artists and cultural movements and connect with the brand's purpose and marketing goals. She also has two parallel projects linked to youth culture in Brazil and NYC:

2 @varioscorres, content and experience platform for youth creativity express themselves from inside-out, who recently made the launch of the new Brazilian jersey with Nike.
