Whitney Wolfe Herd
Whitney Wolfe Herd is the founder and CEO of Bumble. She launched Bumble in 2014 as the only dating platform where women make the first move. As the company has grown, Wolfe Herd has executed upon her vision of making Bumble the first social network where women make the first move to create empowered connections across all areas of life. Bumble launched Bumble BFF in 2016 as a friend-finding feature and launched Bumble Bizz for professional networking in 2017. In less than five years, her vision has led to Bumble’s growth of over 75 million users worldwide in 150 countries. In 2018, Wolfe Herd was named to TIME Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People, Forbes “30 Under 30” list, the Bloomberg 50 and InStyle’s 50 Women Who Are Changing the World. Wolfe Herd was also recently on the cover of Fast Company, Forbes and WIRED magazines.
