Clayton Santillo is a talent manager in Los Angeles. In 2014, he co-founded Scale Management, a leading digital-endemic
management company, with Matthew Martin and Kyle Santillo. Since then, his passion for client development has afforded him, to name a few, the opportunity to create two unscripted series with Bunim-Murray for clients Summer McKeen and Sam & Colby, develop a two-book series for Jessie Paege discussing mental health for the youth, establish product lines for Jessie Paege and Sam & Colby which are both sold in brick and mortar in Hot Topic, and ink a deal with Tarte Cosmetics on an exclusive palette in Sephora for Jessie Paege which donated $25,000 to The Trevor Project. Scale focuses to
bridge the traditional and digital realms into a cohesive, holistic brand and strategy to further their client’s careers in all facets of entertainment and business development. Through commercial endorsements, motion picture, television, music, scripted/unscripted development & more.
