Allison Korczynski

Allison Korczynski is an Electrical Engineer at Facebook Reality Labs, where she works in research: designing and prototyping future ARVR technology in hardware. Prior to Facebook, Allison designed circuit boards and hardware at Microsoft, Nest, and Apple, and took ideas from concept to production for products such as Thunderbolt Display, Nest Thermostat, and Surface Laptop. She is a native Texan and holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin as well as a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. She loves the integration of hardware and software, and would love to spread the word to women everywhere that engineering is an awesome, hands-on exercise in creative problem solving.
