Jeff brings over 23 years of P&L, marketing and digital leadership in several diverse industries including healthcare, financial and business services. Currently at Humana, Jeff is the executive responsible for more than just managing Humana’s digital transformation, he is aligning Humana's digital health and wellness business to deliver a personalized, data driven consumer experience that enables Humana's customer to achieve their best health. He is responsible for the development and execution of the companies digital strategy and manages Humana's digital channels. He has P&L responsibility for Humana’s digital health wellness business. Prior to joining Humana, Jeff was an executive at TIAA-CREF where he led enterprise digital efforts and achieved the highest channel customer satisfaction in firm history. Jeff also was an executive at The Hartford. He held several digital roles including management of the flagship website thehartford.com, mobile and employee intranet site, iConnect. He was also tasked with leading the creation of a new enterprise social media practice. Prior to joining The Hartford, Jeff was at UPS for 16 years where he was responsible for managing UPS’s Global Digital Channel including 104 country web sites translated into 32 different languages. Jeff was responsible for defining UPS’s online channel strategy, execution and measurement. Jeff has also managed multiple UPS alliances including UPS’s first integration alliance with eBay. Jeff holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
