Erica De Sutter leads a national, full-cycle recruiting team of 3,000+ beauty & wellness professionals in 32 domestic and international markets as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Development for the on-demand beauty & wellness based app, Priv.

She directs all engagement and communication efforts with their vast network of beauty professionals in addition to leading all professional development workshops. Last year she successfully oversaw the integration of two competing workforces upon Priv’s acquisition of its main competitor, beGlammed. With the largest service offering and provider network, Priv is recognized as the country’s leading on-demand beauty & wellness app.
