Colonel Garth Winterle
Colonel Garth Winterle serves as Project Manager for Tactical Radios that provides the Army and other services with tactical radio communications systems to meet mission requirements. His military career includes myriad Army Acquisition assignments to provide route reconnaissance and survey equipment, military vehicles, networking, radio, video sharing, and other information technology. Previously, his Army Corps of Engineers experience allowed him to lead Soldiers on various assignments throughout the world. His deployments include Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan.
Garth holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the Virginia Military Institute (VMI) and holds two masters degrees: one from Webster University in purchasing, procurement/acquisitions and contracts management and another from the US Army War College in strategic studies. He enjoys family life with his wife, Ms. Agnes Riedinger-Winterle, son Felix, and dog Maxima (Max).
