Najee Goode

Najee Goode is a current linebacker for the Jacksonville Jaguars in the National Football League, Super bowl Champion, and Co-founder and Chief of Fan-Engagement for VEEPIO.
A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Mr. Goode comes from a family of athletes. Najee and his father, John Goode a former NFL tight end for the Philadelphia Eagles are the first father son combination in Eagles history. Najee and his family represent multiple State Championships, a National Champion in the NCAA, The Philadelphia Eagles’ Super Bowl 52 Championship, and five NFL teams. For Najee, sports is a family business.
Najee Goode’s career has been focused on sports and innovation. His recipe for success is to fuse his work ethic and experience as a player on the field with concepts learned during the pursuit of his industrial engineering degree from West Virginia University. After entering WVU as a walk onto the football team, Najee earned a full athletic scholarship for football, achieved an Industrial Engineering degree, and joined the National Society of Black Engineers before getting drafted into the NFL.
In January of 2020 Najee and his co-founder Jonathan Ohliger have received the distinction of Vantage Ventures Entrepreneur in Residence. Vantage matches disruptive startups- such as Rubrik systems, Lime, Impossible Foods, and Carta- with our investor network to facilitate early stage and growth stage financing for exceptional founders.
In 2012, Najee Goode was All-Conference, All-American and 5th round selection of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the NFL’s rated 9th draft since the 2000. He has played on 4 NFL teams including the Philadelphia Eagles and the Indianapolis Colts. Najee is approaching his 9th NFL season and his 5th year building VEEPIO and leading the charge to revolutionize fan experience in professional sports and entertainment. Through these efforts Najee has been chosen by the NFL Alumni during their 100th anniversary to utilize VEEPIO technology to monetize the digital likeness of its 25,000+ members. VEEPIO will help former NFL players succeed in their post-NFL lives, by connecting alumni with services that can enhance their financial stability and mental health.
On behalf of the NFL Alumni, September 9, 2019 Inspired Entertainment (NASDAQ:INSE) announced an agreement with VEEPIO, the mobile technology arm of the NFL Alumni. VEEPIO is currently building an NFL Alumni app that will host NFL Alumni virtual football games that will bring NFL greats to life, expand their reach, assist their members, and help support their local communities.
VEEPIO is a content optimization technology for mobile for mobile apps. VEEPIO enabled fans can touch interactive objects within photos and videos linked to more information without interruption or leaving the mobile app. This new networked connection allows fans at peak
moments of interest to convert desire into immediate action. Ultimately VEEPIO is designed to integrate with any of the 5 million apps in the iOS, Google, or Microsoft operating system.

Najee Goode splits time between playing football for the Jacksonville Jaguars and leading Fan Engagement for VEEPIO. He and his wife Jasmine reside in Florida with their two daughters.
