Gary Crowell

Gary Crowell is a seasoned spirits consultant and serial entrepreneur. He has helped launch seven spirits brands over the past 12 years while owning four different distilleries. As the visionary behind Deep Eddy Vodka, Gary put the team together that first brought sweet tea vodka to Texas from his hometown of Charleston, SC. After that, he co-founded and led Nine Banded Whiskey as CEO. Returning to his vodka roots in 2018, he co-founded Goodnight Loving Vodka, and consults for SUSTO MEZCAL, Rock Sound Rum, and FIX High Alkaline Vodka. He was selected in 2019 by Pernod Ricard as a member of their New Brand Ventures Roundtable.

In his role as managing director of Legal Drinking Agency (LDA), Gary provides spirits entrepreneurs branding, marketing, and sales support in the critical first years of business.
LDA is a spirits incubator that provides end to end services for new spirits concepts, Gary leads brands from initial brand ideation to go to market execution. LDA’s portfolio of services includes:
