Tina Chen

Tina Chen is a Film/TV Manager at Universal Music Publishing Group, where she negotiates sync licensing deals for TV shows, films, promos, video games, sports programming, and more. She began her career as a licensing assistant at Notting Hill Music and later spent four years at NBCUniversal's TV Music Department, working with music supervisors on clearing and licensing songs for TV shows. An advocate of diversity and inclusion, Tina is a co-founder/board member of employee resource group UTOPIAA - UMG's Team Of Pacific Islander And Asian Americans.
