Rebecca Cowle

Speaker Bio: Rebecca is the Director of External Affairs for Texas Central. Since 2013 she has leveraged her experience in non-profit fundraising and international infrastructural development to advance the Texas High-Speed Train project in both North Texas and the Brazos Valley. Previously, she has worked in the development office of the World Affairs Council of Dallas/Ft Worth, as well as the international programs division of the World Food Logistics Organization in Washington DC. She is a proud alum of Texas A&M University.
