Helen Sartory

Helen Sartory is Director of The Rattle LA. The Rattle is a network of incubator spaces designed for the new music industry, based on the core belief that creatives should be founders, not employees. It provides hands-on support, mentorship and shared facilities to independent artists and music technology startups looking to scale and access funding outside the traditional major label model.

Prior to The Rattle, Helen was Head of Emerging Technologies at Lazard, and spent 9 years working in technology M&A in London and San Francisco. She also produced the first Abbey Road Music Technology Hackathon and is a frequent speaker on immersive technologies and creative AI. Helen holds BA in Music from Cambridge University.
