Lulu Davis
Having completed internships at Spinefarm Records, The Noise Cartel, Century Media Los Angeles and Live Nation, Incendia Music was born from the aforementioned ventures.
Vivacious and ambitious, Lulu has over 10 years experience within the music industry with a proven track record of success within Artist Development, Management, Public Relations and Marketing. She has autonomously built a small business from the ground up and has sustained business and personal growth in a competitive and male dominated industry from the age of 19.
She has acquired an equilibrium of both educational and practical knowledge and experience that allows her to illustrate a transferable and malleable skill set across various sectors of the entertainment industry.
Lulu was one of 24 managers to participate in the inaugural MMF Accelerator Programme, in association with The Arts Council England and Youtube. The programme, which took place over the course of 2019, saw over 150 applicants.
Other achievements of Lulu’s include being highlighted as one of Music Week’s ‘Rising Stars’ in 2018, following on from her being longlisted in Music Week’s 30 Under 30 back in 2016. Lulu has featured as a panelist at events such as BBC Introducing Live, the University of Hertfordshire’s Alumni Events, Buma Rocks #HeavyChats and was also a panelist at Global Rock Summit 2016 in Los Angeles. She is a featured judge at the Heavy Music Awards, was spotlighted as a #FemaleBoss on CV Library for International Women’s Month, and has given consultations to aspiring business women in the music business.
She has been the driving force of Incendia Music since 2011 and works as an Artist Manager, Publicist and Music Industry Consultant.
She manages Voyager (Australia), Major Parkinson (Norway) and Earthside (USA).
