Matthew Capell

Matt leads claim innovations and provider solutions for LTCG, the largest administrator of long term care insurance policies in the US, serving over 100 carriers and 1.4 million LTC policies. Matt is responsible for LTCG’s Unified Provider Database, our provider credentialing and contracting program, the CareExchange EVV and clearinghouse platform, consumer and provider engagement portals and the LIFT WellnessTM Program. Matt brings more than 20 years of experience in general management, business development and investing in the healthcare, financial services and technology sectors to his position at LTCG. Prior to joining LTCG, Matt served as CEO of FHS SeniorCare Payment Solutions, a revenue cycle management company that helped senior care providers manage billing and collections with over 400 third party payers. Matt leads the Philadelphia Chapter of Aging 2.0, an organization that promotes innovation in the aging market. Matt earned his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and holds degrees in economics and psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
