Rebecca McMenamin

Rebecca is a consultant who thrives at the intersection of journalism, international affairs, and digital innovation. She spent much of her career working for Voice of America and what is now called the U.S. Agency for Global Media where she pioneered the use of digital platforms to deliver news and information globally and sharply expanded VOA radio and television programming to Africa. The result was significant growth in audiences and engagement. She has held executive level positions including Digital Director and Program Director; earlier in her career she worked as a Reporter and Duty Editor. Currently, Rebecca provides consulting services to improve news management and programming, and adaptation to the ever-changing media landscape.
