Jennifer Roberts

Dr. Jennifer Roberts is the Deputy Director of the Information Innovation Office (I2O) at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), the Department of Defense's research & development agency that makes pivotal investments in breakthrough technologies for national security. In her role, Roberts works with program managers to develop programs, technologies, and capabilities that ensure information advantage for the U.S. and its allies.

Previously, Roberts served as an I2O program manager, where her research interests included scalable analytics and machine learning algorithms that yield insights to human users. Roberts holds a Ph.D. in computer science and engineering, and an M.S. in electrical engineering and computer science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
