Hailey Chavez

Hailey Chavez (‘15) is a comedy writer from Los Angeles, currently writing for the fifth season of NBC's Superstore. She got her start writing sketch comedy at UCB and iO West (RIP) and worked as an assistant at the CW's Crazy Ex-Girlfriend. In 2017, a short film she wrote, "Are We Good Parents?", premiered at SXSW. She got her first staff writing gig on the second season of Freeform's Grown-ish. And last June, she finished writing on the first season of Diary of a Future President for Disney+.
